All cards at Football Wild Cards are in NRMT to NEAR MINT-MINT (NRMT-MT) condition or better. Please keep in mind scans do not compare to the actual card and cards received may not be the actual cards pictured due to multiple inventory. Some defects may appear on the cards due to the scanner picking up something on the soft sleeve or hard case. Please e-mail us if you have any questions about the condition of a card. Actual card defects will be noted in the card description area after you have clicked to view the item.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can contact us with the reason for return. You will receive an authorization email to return your items for a prompt refund or store credit. Original items must be returned within 7 days of our authorization email date. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds/store credit are given once items are received and processed. A partial return may disqualify you for any discounts you may have received. Insurance is available. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages/cards due to the carrier. Please mail your return package in a prepaid, insured (if original shipment was), traceable method to the address below.
